Women’s Fellowship Ministry:
This ministry consists of women from the congregation who meet monthly for a time of
fellowship.
- This ministry is grounded on the following scripture, “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting, but
woman who fears the Lord is to be praised”. (Proverbs 31:30)

Men’s Fellowship Ministry:
This ministry is designed to gather men together with the focus on spiritual growth,
aiming on strengthening and encouraging them to be all that God has called them to be.
- This ministry is grounded on the following scripture, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens
another”. (Proverbs 27:17)
Ministry Leader: Pastor Steve Lopez
Prayer Ministry:
This team believes that intercessory prayer for the needs of the church and for the
congregation, such as healing, strength in times of need, guidance to make the right
decisions, bearing each other’s burdens brings God on the scene and results take place
through prayer.
- This ministry is grounded on the following scripture, Therefore, confess your sins to each other and
pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and
effective". (James 5:16)
Praise and Worship Ministry:
This ministry is a group of individuals who have a passion, desire, and a calling for
leading the congregation in to worship to the Lord through song and music. We believe
that when we worship that God inhabits the praises of His people.
- This ministry is grounded in the following scripture, “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into
His courts with praise: be thankful unto Him and bless His holy name”. (Psalms 100:4)
Ministry Leader: Crystal Hernandez
Sound Room Ministry:
These individuals truly have a desire to assist the worship team through technology,
video and sound. They are committed to operating with a spirit of excellence.
- This ministry is grounded in the following words of Jesus: This gospel of the kingdom shall be
preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.”
(Matthew 24:14)

Deacon’s Ministry:
These individuals are members of the church that serve in different capacities in the
needs of the church. They are individuals that process moral character, sound doctrine
and have proven to be trustworthy of service within the congregation.
- This ministry is grounded in the following scriptures, “In the same way, deacons are to be
worthy of respect, sincere, not indulging in much wine, and not pursuing dishonest gain. They must
keep hold of the deep truths of the faith with a clear conscience. They must first be tested; and then if
there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons”. (1 Timothy 8-10)

Family Fellowship Ministry:
These teams are individuals focusing on building bridges and bringing people together
emphasizing love, unity, encouragement and a great time of fellowship while breaking
bread together. They prepare, organize and serve a delicious meal once a month
encouraging this.
- This ministry is grounded in the following scripture, “Therefore encourage one another and build one
another up, just as you are doing”. (1Thessalonians 5:11)
Ministry Leader: Lisa Chiera
Coffee Fellowship Ministry:
This ministry is held on the 1 st Sunday of every month. Their main purpose is to bring
people together over a perfect blend of fresh coffee and some goodies.
- “Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect
our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of
his return is drawing near”. (Hebrews 10:24-25)

Children’s Church Ministry:
This ministry is dedicated to instilling the word of God into our children in a meaningful
and applicable way. There are three classes for children during Sunday Service. Ages,
1-6, 7-11 and 12 - 17.
- This ministry is grounded in the following scripture, “Train up your child in the way he should go, and
when he is old, he will not depart from it”. (Proverbs 22:6)
Ministry Leader: Annette Gould
Evangelism Ministry:
This ministry to geared to spreading the gospel to all that will listen. They meet in the
warm weather months on a Saturday in Getty Square, Yonkers. If you are interested in
preaching the gospel to the lost this is the place for you.
- This ministry is grounded in the following scripture, “Therefore, go and make disciples of all
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”.
(Matthew 28:19)

Usher’s Ministry:
This ministry is comprised of individuals who have a gift to serve other members at the
church by making them feel welcome and comfortable.
- They are grounded in the following scripture, “And whosoever ye do, do it heartily as unto the Lord,
and not unto men”. (Colossians 3:23)
Ministry Leader: Aida LaPerchia
Van Ministry:
This ministry provides transportation to members and guests to and from services and
events. We believe in meeting the needs of others is serving Jesus and that’s what this
